    So, It isn't possible to legalize weed in Serbia any time soon :(
    Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia

    CHAPTER TWENTY-THIRD CRIMINAL OFFENSES AGAINST HUMAN HEALTH Unauthorized production, possession and placing on the market of narcotic drugs Article 246
    (1) Who unauthorized manufactures, processes, sells or offers for sale or who for the purpose of sale buys, holds or transfers or who mediates in the sale or purchase or otherwise unauthorized marketing of substances or preparations which have been declared intoxicants, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term between two and twelve years.

    (2) If the act referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article has been committed by a number of persons who have conspired to perform such acts, or if the offender has organized a network of resellers or intermediaries, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term between five and fifteen years.

    (3) Whoever illegally holds substances or preparations that have been declared narcotic drugs shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.

    (4) The perpetrator of the act referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article who holds a narcotic drug for his own use may be released from punishment.

    (5) The perpetrator of the act referred to in para. 1 to 3 of this Article who discovers from whom he obtains narcotic drugs may be released from punishment.

    (6) Who unauthorized makes, procures, possesses or leases equipment, material or substances which he/she knows are intended for the production of narcotic drugs, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term between six months and five years.

    (7) Narcotic drugs and the means for their production and processing shall be confiscated. Allowing drug use Article 247 (1) Whoever induces another to use a narcotic drug or gives him a narcotic drug to be used by him or another person or to make available the premises for the purpose of using a narcotic drug or otherwise enable another to use a narcotic drug, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term between six months and five years.

    (2) If the act referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article was committed against minor or several persons or caused particularly grave consequences, the offender will be punished by imprisonment for a term between two and ten years.

    (3) Narcotic drugs shall be forfeited.
