  • Planet 13 in Vegas just fine for us tourists

30,00 sq ft, knowledgeable staff, plenty of choices, easy taxi rides from the Strip and back.
Went on our first morning, Sunday, right after church ;>)

Hey, Hammer865, good to hear of your experience! Feel free to tell us more about it. There's a lot of interest in Planet 13 for those of us who don't get out to Vegas that often.

There are so many dispensaries in Vegas that it almost seems inevitable that there will be a shake out and some will go belly up....there's also a black market too.

But as New Yorkers who have easy access to flower and carts, we decided to enjoy things we don't get back east: beverage and tinctures.
Kinda was like a kid in a candy shop and was surprised how quickly I rang up $308.

Much healthier to sit at the pool and have a couple of non-alcoholic 5mg infused drinks and still be able to gamble without feeling too impaired ;>)

Did find myself packing a few things into my check on bag to take back which was not a problem in the end, but had been off the grid for a few days and had not realized that the whole political world was about to arrive at McCarran Airport for the debate and grandstanding....a little nerve wracking to be carrying within sight of Air Force One!

How were those two roots? Those things seem to be popping up all over

You got here and left just in time!

          Hi Bert,

The Two Roots were just what we needed: a mint iced tea with a mild kick....perfect for keeping energy up and trying to see the whole city in just 5 days, 4 nights.

We can't seem to get any beverages in NYC but we can certainly understand why they are a big growth product. It doesn't tax the respiratory system, it tasted good, and the buzz is energizing, not sedate. Took a couple with us to hike the Red Rock scenic trails, took a couple with us to Fremont St since anyone can drink anything outdoors there, and then waited till later in the evening for hitting our tincture or enjoying an edible.

Helluva town, glad we got while the gettin' was good. Met nice locals, ate very good food, got exercise, saw a couple of shows....all good.
